Southwestern Steak

  1. Combine lime juice, steak sauce, salsa, oil, garlic and pepper in small saucepan.
  2. Bring to a boil; reduce heat.
  3. Simmer uncovered for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  4. Cool.
  5. Place steak in a plastic bag or marinating container; add cooled marinade, turning to coat.
  6. Close bag or container and marinate in the refrigerator for at least 8 hours, preferably overnight. Remove steak from marinade and discard marinade.
  7. Place steak on medium heat grill.
  8. Grill steak 12 to 14 minutes for rare to medium, turning once.
