Tequilla Lime Salmon

  1. Cut salmon into 4-6 equal portions.
  2. Mix remaining ingredients in a large freezer storage bag.
  3. Add portioned salmon to marinade.
  4. Seal storage bag tightly.
  5. Put the bag in the fridge for at least 30 minutes.
  6. In a large bowl combine all ingredients for salsa.
  7. Pre-heat Broiler on high.
  8. Arrange salmon on broiler pan.
  9. Sprinkle salmon with salt and pepper.
  10. Put salmon under the broiler.
  11. Broil salmon 3-4 minutes per side.
  12. Plate up broiled salmon.
  13. Spoon fresh salsa over top of the salmon.
  14. Eat.
  15. NOTE: This dish goes great with cooked rice, or even fresh salad greens.
