Shrimp And Crabmeat Casserole
- 2 c. chopped, cooked shrimp
- 2 c. flaked crabmeat
- 1 c. chopped celery
- 1/4 c. chopped onion
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- 3 Tbsp. margarine
- 2 Tbsp. Worcestershire
- 1/2 c. cooking sherry
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. hot sauce
- 1 c. whipping cream
- 1 c. mayonnaise
- 1 c. sharp grated cheese
- 1 c. potato chips, crumbled
- Saute onion and celery in margarine.
- Stir in flour.
- Slowly stir in cream.
- Add salt, hot sauce, Worcestershire and sherry. Cook until thick.
- Cool sauce.
- Add cheese, mayonnaise, shrimp and crabmeat.
- Pour into large casserole.
- Sprinkle with chips.
- Bake at 325u0b0 for 20 minutes.
