Shrimp And Crabmeat Casserole

  1. Saute onion and celery in margarine.
  2. Stir in flour.
  3. Slowly stir in cream.
  4. Add salt, hot sauce, Worcestershire and sherry. Cook until thick.
  5. Cool sauce.
  6. Add cheese, mayonnaise, shrimp and crabmeat.
  7. Pour into large casserole.
  8. Sprinkle with chips.
  9. Bake at 325u0b0 for 20 minutes.
