Vince'S Favorite Pumpkin Pie

  1. In a large bowl mix cream cheese, milk and sugar with a wire whisk or mixer until smooth.
  2. Gently stir in whipped topping. Spread on bottom of crust.
  3. Pour 1 cup cold milk in bowl; add pudding mix.
  4. Beat with wire whisk or mixer for 1 minute until thick.
  5. Stir in pumpkin and spices with wire whisk until smooth. Spread over cream cheese and whipped topping layer.
  6. Refrigerate 4 hours or until set.
  7. Garnish with additional whipped topping, if desired.
  8. Enjoy!
