Tasty Taco Pie

• 1 lb. ground beef
• 2 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce
• 1 (1 1/4 oz.) pkg. taco seasoning mix
• 1 (8 oz.) container refrigerator crescent dinner rolls
• 1/2 lb. Velveeta Mexican cheese spread with jalapeno pepper, cubed
• 1/2 c. chopped tomato
• 1 c. shredded lettuce
• 1/4 c. pitted ripe olive slices
• sour cream (if desired)

1. Brown meat; drain.
2. Stir in tomato sauce and seasoning mix; simmer for 5 minutes.
3. Knead together dinner roll dough.
4. Press dough onto bottom and sides of ungreased 12-inch pizza pan, forming shell in pan.
5. Prick bottom and sides with fork.
6. Bake shell at 375u0b0 for 10 to 12 minutes, or until golden brown.
7. Cover with meat mixture; top with processed cheese cubes.
8. Continue baking until cheese begins to melt.
9. Remove from oven and top with lettuce, tomato and olives.
10. Serve with sour cream, if desired. Serves 4 to 6.
