Microwave Turkey Meat Loaf

  1. Mix all ingredients in a large bowl with hands or spoon until blended.
  2. Place a 4-ounce glass custard cup, right side up, in the center of a 9-inch deep dish microwave-safe pie plate.
  3. Place turkey mixture in a ring around custard cup.
  4. Loosely cover turkey mixture with waxed paper.
  5. Microwave on High 12 to 15 minutes, rotating dish 1/4 turn every 4 minutes, until meat is opaque at center, no longer pink and thermometer registers 160u0b0.
  6. Remove from oven and let stand 5 minutes to finish cooking.
