Breakfast Casserole

  1. Place bread evenly in 8-inch square baking dish coated with cooking spray.
  2. Layer ham, red pepper and cheese over bread; set aside.
  3. Combine milk and next 4 ingredients; pour over cheese. Cover and refrigerate 8 hours.
  4. Remove from refrigerator; let stand 30 minutes.
  5. Bake, uncovered, at 350u0b0 for 30 minutes; sprinkle with paprika.
  6. Serve immediately.
  7. Serves 6 (196 calories and 5 fat grams per 3/4 cup serving).
