Pastor'S Lasagne
- 3 lb. lean hamburger
- 1 lb. (2-inch) lasagne pasta
- 1/2 lb. bacon
- 2 pt. jars Ragu lasagne sauce
- 1 lb. sliced Swiss cheese
- 2 c. Parmesan cheese
- garlic powder to taste
- 1 green pepper, chopped
- 3 stalks celery, chopped
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 1 c. catsup
- 1 tsp. oregano
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- salt to taste
- Broil bacon until crisp.
- Drain and let cool.
- Boil noodles until tender; drain and let cool.
- Brown hamburger with onion, celery, salt and 1/2 teaspoon oregano.
- Mix remaining oregano, pepper and garlic powder with Ragu and catsup.
- (If mixture doesn't look like enough, add 1 small can tomato paste, thinned according to directions.)
- Heat enough to blend; mix with hamburger.
- Cook in pan suitable for serving.
- (If you use an old biscuit pan, cover the outside with aluminum foil before you put it on the table.)
