Asian Turkey Salad Lettuce Wraps

  1. To make the dipping sauce, place the water and sugar in a 2-cup minimum capacity jar with a lid. Shake to dissolve sugar.
  2. Add the rest of the ingredients, adjusting to taste.
  3. Pour sauce into a smal bowl. Set aside.
  4. To make the salad, combine all the ingredients except for the lettuce.
  5. To eat lettuce wraps, place about 1/3 cup of the salad mixture onto a lettuce leaf. Wrap the filling burrito-style or just tightly roll the leaf around the salad.
  6. Dip roll into the fish sauce.
  7. Eat.
  8. Wonder what to do with all the leftover cranberry sauce.
