Pork Chops Creole

  1. Preheat oven to 350u0b0.
  2. Dry chops.
  3. Dip in egg and coat with crumbs.
  4. Gently saute in oil or hot fat.
  5. In saucepan combine remaining ingredients except corn flakes.
  6. Heat almost to a boil. Pour some sauce in baking dish.
  7. Put chops in dish and cover with remaining sauce.
  8. Bake covered for 1 hour.
  9. Remove cover.
  10. Top with corn flakes.
  11. Spoon sauce over all.
  12. Bake uncovered approximately 15 minutes.
