Quick And Easy Enchiladas

  1. Brown the hamburger; add 1/2 grated cheese, 1/4 cup salsa and the refried beans to the drained hamburger.
  2. Let simmer until the cheese melts.
  3. Mix 1/4 cup of salsa with the enchilada sauce and pour a small amount in the bottom of a 9 x 13-inch pan.
  4. You may need an 8-inch pan also.
  5. Fill the tortillas with a nice amount of the mixture.
  6. After rolling, place in the pans.
  7. Top with the remaining sauce and the grated cheese.
  8. Bake in a 350u0b0 oven, covered, about 30 minutes, until the cheese melts.
  9. Let sit a few minutes and serve. May be cut in squares or give everyone the whole enchilada.
  10. Add salad and dessert and enjoy.
