Beef And Broccoli Stir-Fry

  1. Partially freeze steak; trim fat from steak.
  2. Slice steak diagonally across grain in 1/4-inch strips.
  3. Place in a Ziploc plastic bag.
  4. Combine wine, 2 tablespoons soy sauce and cornstarch; pour over steak.
  5. Seal bag and shake until steak is coated.
  6. Marinate for 2 hours.
  7. Combine water, honey, remaining soy sauce and red pepper; stir well.
  8. Set aside.
  9. Coat a wok with cooking spray and 1 teaspoon oil.
  10. Place over medium high (375u0b0) heat until hot.
  11. Add broccoli; stir-fry for 4 minutes.
  12. Remove broccoli from wok.
  13. Keep warm.
  14. Remove steak from marinade; reserve marinade.
  15. Add remaining teaspoon oil.
  16. Reheat wok to 375u0b0.
  17. Add steak; stir-fry for 4 minutes.
  18. Remove steak from wok; drain.
  19. Wipe drippings from wok.
  20. Add steak, honey mixture and marinade to wok.
  21. Cook until thoroughly heated.
  22. Arrange broccoli on plates; top evenly with steak mixture.
  23. Makes 6 servings.
