Sole Gratin

  1. Preheat oven to 425u0b0.
  2. Place mushrooms in ungreased 12 x 7 1/2 x 2-inch baking dish.
  3. Sprinkle with 1/2 of salt and pepper. Arrange fish fillets over mushrooms; sprinkle with remaining salt and pepper.
  4. Pour wine around fish.
  5. Mix remaining ingredients and spread over top of fish.
  6. Bake, uncovered, until fish fillets flake easily with fork (15 to 20 minutes).
  7. Makes 4 servings, each containing 215 calories, 9 grams fat and 35 milligrams cholesterol.
