Butterscotch Granola Cookies

  1. Preheat oven to 350u0b0.
  2. In a small bowl, combine flour, cinnamon, salt, baking powder and baking soda; set aside.
  3. In a large bowl, combine butter, honey and brown sugar; beat until creamy.
  4. Beat in egg and vanilla.
  5. Blend in flour mixture alternately with milk.
  6. Stir in butterscotch morsels, oats, walnuts, raisins and wheat germ.
  7. Drop by rounded teaspoonfuls onto greased cookie sheets.
  8. Bake at 350u0b0 for 8 to 10 minutes. Allow to stand 2 minutes before removing from cookie sheets; cool completely.
  9. Makes about 5 dozen 2 1/4-inch cookies.
