Microwave Chocolate Pudding

  1. In a 2-quart microwave-proof dish, stir together milk, cocoa, salt, sugar and cornstarch until cornstarch dissolves.
  2. Cook on High (100%) power for 2 minutes.
  3. Stop, take mixture out and whip with wire whip.
  4. Return to microwave and use wire whip to beat mixture.
  5. Return to microwave for 2 additional minutes on High. Remove from microwave, using wire whip, beat in margarine, vanilla extract and packets of sweetener.
  6. Pour into individual serving dishes.
  7. Refrigerate.
  8. Yield:
  9. 5 (1/2 cup) servings.
  10. Contains 125 calories per serving.
