Fat-Free Meat Loaf
- 1 lb. turkey breast meat, ground
- 1/2 c. fat-free crackers
- 1 c. cooked brown rice
- 1/4 c. grated carrot
- 1 1/2 tsp. prepared mustard
- 1/2 tsp. ground thyme
- 1/8 tsp. white pepper (optional)
- 2 egg whites
- 2 Tbsp. honey
- 1/2 c. chopped onion
- 1/4 c. finely chopped celery
- 1 tsp. garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp. onion powder
- 1/4 c. no salt tomato sauce
- 6 Tbsp. no salt ketchup
- Preheat oven to 350u0b0.
- Combine all ingredients except ketchup and honey; mix well.
- Turn mixture into loaf pan.
- Bake at 350u0b0 for 40 minutes until firm and brown on top.
- Combine ketchup and honey.
- Spread evenly over top of loaf and bake 5 minutes.
