Spicy Cilantro Margarita

  1. Rub cut lime on rim of glass and invert glass in a small plate of salt to coat rim.
  2. Shake cocktail ingredients vigorously over ice.
  3. Strain into a glass and serve.
  4. Combine water and sugar in a small sauce pan over medium heat. Stir until sugar is dissolved.
  5. Add spices and steep for 1/2 hour, covered.
  6. Strain into a jar for later use. Makes about 3/4 cup.
