Cranberry Delight Salad

  1. Combine pineapple juice and water in a 2-quart saucepan; heat to boiling.
  2. Remove from heat; add gelatin and stir until completely dissolved.
  3. Stir in cranberry sauce, lemon juice, lemon peel and nutmeg.
  4. Chill until mixture thickens slightly.
  5. Add sour cream; stir until thoroughly combined.
  6. Fold in pineapple and nuts.
  7. Pour into an 8-cup mold or serving dish.
  8. Chill until firm. Keeps well.
  9. Serves 12 to 15.
