Chocolate-Studded Chocolate Cake With Vanilla Yogurt Frosting

  1. Preheat oven to 350 F and coat a two small cake pans with oil or butter.
  2. Combine the dry ingredients in a large mixing bowl and set aside.
  3. Beat together the wet ingredients using a hand-mixer and slowly pour into the dry ingredients. Stir to combine and remove any lumps of flour.
  4. Pour batter into cake pans evenly and bake for 20-22 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean. Cool completely.
  5. Slice and serve immediately and store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to one week.
