Crockery Barbecued Beef

  1. In large bowl, combine cola, Worcestershire sauce, vinegar, garlic, bouillon granules, mustard, chili powder and red pepper. Reserve 1/2 cup for sauce.
  2. Trim excess fat from meat.
  3. Cut into pieces and place meat and onions in crock-pot (at least 3 1/2-quart).
  4. Pour liquid (except the 1/2 cup reserved) over meat. Cover and cook 10 to 12 hours on low heat setting or 5 to 6 hours on high.
