Apple-Pear Coffee Cake

  1. Combine butter; gradually add sugar, beating well at medium speed of electric mixer.
  2. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition.
  3. Combine flour and next 3 ingredients; add to creamed mixture alternately with sour cream, beginning and ending with flour mixture.
  4. Fold in apple and pear.
  5. Stir in vanilla. Spread batter in a greased 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking pan.
  6. Combine brown sugar, 2 tablespoons butter and cinnamon; sprinkle evenly over batter.
  7. Bake at 350u0b0 for 45 to 50 minutes or until a pick inserted in center comes out clean.
