Vegetable Goulash

  1. Heat
  2. the
  3. oil
  4. in a casserole;
  5. saute the onions 5 minutes. Add
  6. the
  7. green
  8. peppers;
  9. saute 5 minutes.
  10. Stir in the tomatoes, potatoes, mixed vegetables, salt, pepper, paprika and sugar. Bring to a boil and cook over low heat 20 minutes.
  11. Mix together the
  12. flour
  13. and water; stir into the vegetables until thickened. Serves 8.
