Cocktail Rye Pizza Snacks

  1. Remove casing from Italian sausage; crumble sausage into large skillet.
  2. Add pork sausage and ground beef.
  3. Add the onion and green pepper.
  4. Cook thoroughly, stirring constantly, until meat is browned.
  5. Drain well on paper towels; also wipe the skillet.
  6. Then return meat mixture to skillet.
  7. Add seasonings and mix well. Heat through until hot, then stir in cheese until melted.
  8. Remove from heat.
