Sweet 'N Sour Ham And Pineapple Bites

  1. Measure pineapple syrup.
  2. Add water, if necessary, to equal 2/3 cup.
  3. In small saucepan, combine pineapple liquid, brown sugar, cornstarch, vinegar and orange juice.
  4. Cook over medium heat until mixture boils and thickens, stirring constantly.
  5. Add pineapple chunks, ham and sausage.
  6. Cook until thoroughly heated.
  7. Stir in green pepper.
  8. Immediately place in chafing dish or fondue pot. Garnish with fruit.
  9. Serve with decorative toothpicks.
  10. Yields 5 cups.
