Cinnamon Raisin Bread

  1. In a large bowl, mix margarine, salt, 1/2 cup sugar, 4 cups hot water and 4 cups Higluten flour.
  2. Let stand 5 to 10 minutes.
  3. In a small bowl, mix the yeast, 2 tablespoons sugar and 1 cup warm water.
  4. Pour 1 cup of boiling water over raisins and let stand 5 minutes.
  5. Drain and cool.
  6. Add mixture in small bowl to mixture in large bowl.
  7. Add cooled raisins.
  8. Add 8 to 9 cups Higluten flour, stirring until stiff dough forms.
