Pie Crust Cookies
- 4 c. flour
- 2 c. sugar
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 c. shortening
- 2 tsp. vanilla
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1 c. sour cream or buttermilk
- 1 1/2 tsp. soda
- 2 c. butter
- 2 c. sugar
- 2 c. brown sugar
- 4 eggs
- 2 tsp. vanilla
- 4 c. flour
- 5 c. oatmeal (put small amount into blender until it turns to powder, measure first then blend)
- 1 tsp. salt
- 2 tsp. baking powder
- 2 tsp. baking soda
- 1 (24 oz.) bag chocolate chips
- 1 Hershey bar, grated
- 3 c. nuts
- 1/2 c. honey
- 1/2 c. butter
- 1 egg, beaten well
- 1 1/4 c. flour
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. baking powder
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1/2 c. chocolate chips
- Bake in 325u0b0 oven on a greased cookie sheet for 12 to 15 minutes.
- Makes 3 dozen.
