Chicken Divan(Makes 6 To 8 Servings)
- 2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen broccoli or 1 lb. fresh broccoli, cut up
- 2 to 3 c. cooked, diced chicken
- 2 cans cream of chicken soup (undiluted)
- 1 c. mayonnaise or lite mayo (do not use fat-free)
- 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1/2 to 1 tsp. curry powder
- 1/2 c. grated sharp Cheddar cheese
- salt and white pepper to taste
- Arrange cooked, drained broccoli in an 8 x 12-inch baking dish sprayed with Pam.
- Place chicken on top evenly.
- Combine undiluted soup, mayonnaise, lemon juice, curry powder, salt, pepper and grated cheese.
- Mix well.
- Pour over chicken.
- May be refrigerated, covered with plastic, up to 2 days.
- Can be multiplied for parties.
- Bake in a 350u0b0 oven for 30 to 45 minutes until bubbly.
