Nutty Blue Cheese Rolls

  1. For filling, stir together walnuts, Blue cheese, 1 tablespoon parsley and pepper.
  2. On a lightly floured surface, unfold pie crust.
  3. Spread filling evenly over the crust.
  4. Cut the pastry into 12 wedges.
  5. Starting at wide ends, loosely roll up wedges.
  6. Place rolls, tip side down, on a greased baking sheet.
  7. Just before baking, brush with milk.
  8. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and additional parsley.
  9. Bake in a 425u0b0 oven about 15 minutes or until golden.
  10. Serve warm.
  11. Makes 12.
