Chocolate Chip Oatmeal Cookies
- 1 c. brown sugar
- 1 c. granulated sugar
- 1 c. butter
- 1 egg
- 3/4 c. vegetable oil
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 3 1/2 c. sifted all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp. soda
- 1 tsp. cream of tartar
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 c. coconut
- 1 c. Rice Krispies
- 1 c. quick oats, uncooked
- 1 c. pecans, chopped
- 1/2 c. chocolate chips
- Cream sugar and butter.
- Add egg, oil and vanilla.
- Sift flour with dry ingredients and add to sugar and butter mixture.
- Mix thoroughly.
- Add remaining ingredients.
- Mix well.
- Drop by rounded teaspoonfuls on ungreased cookie sheet.
- Bake at 325u0b0 for 12 minutes or until golden brown.
- Yield: 7 dozen cookies.
