Hot German Potato Salad(Microwave Time 27 To 33 Minutes)

  1. Pierce potatoes with fork.
  2. Place potatoes in 1/4 cup water in a 2-quart casserole.
  3. Cover tightly and microwave on High 14 to 16 minutes, stirring after 6 minutes, until tender.
  4. Drain.
  5. Cool about 15 minutes or until cool enough to handle.
  6. Slice potatoes and return to casserole.
