3-Cheese Chicken Bake
- 8 oz. lasagna noodles
- 1/2 c. chopped onion
- 3 Tbsp. oleo
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 small can mushrooms
- 1/2 c. chopped pimentos
- 1/3 c. milk
- 1/2 tsp. dried basil, crushed
- 1 1/2 c. cream-style cottage cheese
- 2 c. diced cooked chicken
- 1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 c. shredded American cheese
- Cook noodles in salted water; drain.
- Cook onion in oleo until tender.
- Stir in soup, mushrooms, pimentos, milk and basil.
- Lay half of noodles in 13 x 9-inch baking dish.
- Top with half of each, the sauce, cottage cheese, chicken, American and Parmesan cheeses. Repeat layers except for last 2 cheeses.
- Bake at 350u0b0 for 45 minutes.
- Top with rest of cheeses.
- Bake 2 additional minutes.
