Fettucini With Sausage, Red Pepper And Mushrooms

  1. Remove casing from the sausage; break into very small pieces. In large skillet, cook sausage 5 to 7 minutes or until brown. Remove sausage from pan; drain.
  2. Heat olive oil in skillet; add onion.
  3. Cook until translucent.
  4. Lower heat; add red peppers, mushrooms and garlic.
  5. Cook 7 to 9 minutes or until peppers and mushrooms are tender.
  6. Add sausage to this mixture and cook together on low heat 3 minutes.
  7. Remove from heat.
