Mary Brogan'S Jambalaya

  1. Saute chopped onion, celery, green pepper and garlic in the butter.
  2. Add tomatoes, thyme, parsley, chili powder, sugar, salt, pepper, bouillon and wine.
  3. Saute the chicken with sausage.
  4. Add Tabasco to taste.
  5. Add meat and shrimp to veggies.
  6. Saute, stirring, for 1 hour on medium heat.
  7. Serve over rice.
