Chicken And Spaghetti
- 1 hen, cooked and deboned
- 2 large onions, chopped
- 1 large bell pepper, chopped
- 3 celery strips, chopped
- 1 bunch green onions, chopped
- 1/2 c. parsley
- 4 cloves chopped garlic
- 1 can Italian tomato sauce
- 1/4 c. Worcestershire sauce
- 1 bay leaf
- salt and pepper
- 12 oz. pkg. spaghetti
- Cook hen and debone.
- Put oil in skillet; add pepper, onions, green onions and celery.
- Cook until they turn dark.
- Add parsley, garlic, tomato sauce, Worcestershire sauce, salt and pepper and bay leaf.
- Add to chicken.
- Boil package of spaghetti in chicken broth.
- When done, add to chicken mixture.
- Put plenty of liquid in and cook for about 15 minutes on low heat.
