Lasagna

  1. Brown ground beef and drain. Add onions and cook until tender. Stir in tomatoes, tomato paste, water and seasonings. Cover and simmer 30 minutes.
  2. In an 11 3/4 x 7 1/2-inch baking dish, layer half of the noodles, meat sauce, Mozzarella cheese, Velveeta cheese and Parmesan cheese.
  3. Repeat layers. Bake 30 minutes at 350u0b0. Cool 10 minutes before serving.
  4. Serves 6 to 8.
