Lasagna
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1/2 c. onions, chopped
- 1 can tomatoes (16 oz.)
- 1 can tomato paste (6 oz.)
- 1/2 c. water
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 8 oz. lasagna noodles, cooked and drained
- 1 tsp. oregano leaves
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 2 (6 oz.) pkg. Mozzarella cheese slices
- 1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese
- 1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
- Brown ground beef and drain. Add onions and cook until tender. Stir in tomatoes, tomato paste, water and seasonings. Cover and simmer 30 minutes.
- In an 11 3/4 x 7 1/2-inch baking dish, layer half of the noodles, meat sauce, Mozzarella cheese, Velveeta cheese and Parmesan cheese.
- Repeat layers. Bake 30 minutes at 350u0b0. Cool 10 minutes before serving.
- Serves 6 to 8.
