Toast La Tea Seafood Salad
- Seafood Salad
- 1 pound Asian Salad mix
- 1 Cucumber, chopped
- 1 Tomato, cubbed
- 1/4 cup Roasted Peanuts, chopped
- 1 bunch Green onion, chopped
- 1/4 pound Squid, chopped
- 1/4 pound Shrimp, small or cut into bite size pieces
- 2 shots Lemon grass stalks
- 1/4 cup Homemade Garlic Fish sauce
- Homemade Garlic Fish Sauce
- 1/4 cup Fish sauce
- 1 tablespoon Sugar
- 6 Garlic cloves, minced
- 1/4 Lemon
- Wash salad mix and set aside.
- Saute squid and shrimp with mashed lemon grass.
- Mix sauteed squid and shrimp with salad, cucumber and tomato. Top with peanuts and green onions.
- Stir fish sauce and sugar until dissolved.
- Squeeze lemon and set aside.
