Duggins Bean Soup
- speckled lima beans
- Great Northern beans
- small white navy beans
- black beans
- red kidney beans
- pinto beans
- garbanzos or chickpeas
- lentils
- black-eyed peas
- barley
- yellow split peas
- green split peas
- baby green lima beans
- field peas
- green peas
- large whole butter beans
- 1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes (hot)
- 1 whole large onion
- 1 green pepper
- 1 clove garlic
- juice of 1 lemon
- salt and pepper to taste
- Cook for 30 minutes or more.
- Soup may be kept in refrigerator, covered, or may be frozen.
