Jamocha Almond Fudge Ice Cream
- For the Ice Cream
- 1 very ripe banana, peeled, frozen, and cut into chunks
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 tablespoon almond butter
- 1 tablespoon cocoa powder
- 1 tablespoon brewed coffee
- For the topping
- 1 tablespoon cocoa powder
- 2 tablespoons coconut oil
- 1/4 teaspoon vanilla
- chopped almonds, for garnish
- Add ingredients to a food processor or blender
- Blend until the consistency of soft-serve ice cream, continually scraping down the sides as you do. Recipe can either be frozen for later or eaten right away.
- Melt coconut oil in the microwave
- Combine with cocoa powder and vanilla
- Pour mixture and sprinkle chopped nuts onto ice cream
