Chocolate Fudge Cake

  1. Cream butter.
  2. Gradually add sugar, beating well.
  3. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each.
  4. Add chocolate; mix well. Add vanilla.
  5. Combine flour, soda and salt; gradually add alternately with sour cream, beating well after each addition. Add water carefully; mix well (batter will be very thin).
  6. Pour into greased and floured 9-inch cake pans (round).
  7. Bake at 350u0b0 for 45 minutes, or until cake bounces back at the touch.
