Baked Chicken Sandwiches

  1. Trim crust off bread and butter each side.
  2. Place 8 slices of bread in 9 x 13-inch pan.
  3. Saute mushrooms in 2 tablespoons butter.
  4. Cover bread with mixture of mushrooms, chicken, eggs, olives, mayonnaise and onions.
  5. Arrange remaining 8 slices of bread on top.
  6. Combine soup, sour cream and sherry; pour over sandwich.
  7. Sprinkle with paprika.
  8. Bake at 325u0b0 for 30 minutes.
