Baked Fish With Cheese Sauce

  1. Preheat oven to 400u0b0.
  2. Spray a shallow baking dish with nonstick coating.
  3. Place fillets in dish, tucking under any thin edges.
  4. Melt margarine or butter; brush on top of fish.
  5. Top with bread crumbs.
  6. Bake in oven for 10 to 15 minutes or until fish flakes easily with a fork.
  7. While fish is baking, prepare sauce. In a small saucepan, stir together milk and flour.
  8. Cook and stir over medium heat until thickened and bubbly.
  9. Add cheese and mustard.
  10. Cook and stir until cheese melts.
