Strawberry Cheesecake Trifle

• 2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
• 2 c. confectioners sugar
• 1 c. sour cream
• 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
• 1/4 tsp. almond extract
• 1/2 pt. whipping cream
• 2 qt. fresh strawberries, sliced
• 1 Tbsp. sugar
• 1/2 tsp. vanilla
• 1 angel cake, torn into bite size pieces

1. In a large bowl, cream together cream cheese and sugar. Add sour cream,
2. vanilla
3. and almond extract; set aside.
4. In a small deep bowl,thip cream, vanilla and sugar.told whipped cream into creamtheesetix.
5. Add cake pieces and set aside. Starting with
6. strawberries,
7. layertake
8. mixture
9. and strawberries (1/3 mixture for each layer).
10. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate.
