Strawberry Cheesecake Trifle
- 2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
- 2 c. confectioners sugar
- 1 c. sour cream
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
- 1/4 tsp. almond extract
- 1/2 pt. whipping cream
- 2 qt. fresh strawberries, sliced
- 1 Tbsp. sugar
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla
- 1 angel cake, torn into bite size pieces
- In a large bowl, cream together cream cheese and sugar. Add sour cream,
- vanilla
- and almond extract; set aside.
- In a small deep bowl,thip cream, vanilla and sugar.told whipped cream into creamtheesetix.
- Add cake pieces and set aside. Starting with
- strawberries,
- layertake
- mixture
- and strawberries (1/3 mixture for each layer).
- Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate.
