Fresh Fruit Dessert Pizza
- 4 light flour tortillas
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. nonfat cream cheese
- 1/2 c. powdered sugar
- 1 Tbsp. fresh orange juice
- vegetable cooking spray
- 2 kiwi fruits, sliced and peeled
- 12 strawberries, sliced
- 2 peaches, peeled and sliced
- 1/2 c. blueberries or blackberries
- 3 Tbsp. low-sugar preserves (your choice)
- In small bowl, beat cream cheese, powdered sugar and orange juice until smooth.
- Prick tortillas with fork and place on a baking pan.
- Spray with cooking spray and bake at 400u0b0 for 10 minutes.
- Remove from oven and let cool for 3 minutes.
- Spread each tortilla with 1/4 cup of cream cheese mixture and arrange fruit on top.
- Brush with preserves.
- Serves 4.
- Contains 298 calories, 2 gr fat.
