Bananas, Chocolate, Peanut Butter, Oh My!

  1. Filling- beat cream cheese, peanut butter and sugar until smooth
  2. Add egg and beat until fully combined
  3. Place in refrigerator and make batter.
  4. Oven 350 degrees. Line 9 x 5 loaf pan with parchment paperrnBatter - mix flour, baking soda and cocoa powder.
  5. In a separate bowl, smash bananas until no lumps
  6. Mix in melted butter, vanilla and eggs.
  7. Add dry ingredients to wet ingredients and mix only until blended and flour is incorporated.
  8. Fold in chocolate chips.
  9. Add half the batter to loaf pan
  10. Spread all the filling over batter with offset spatula
  11. Cover with remaining batter and smooth evenly
  12. Bake for 1 hour and 10 minutes or until you inserted toothpick cnes out clean
  13. Cool completely; best if wrapped and refrigerated overnight.
