Broken Window Glass Pie
- 1 (3 oz.) pkg. orange jello
- 1 (3 oz.) pkg. cherry jello
- 1 (3 oz.) pkg. lime jello
- 4 c. boiling water
- 1 1/2 c. cold water
- 1 (3 oz.) pkg. lemon jello
- 1/4 c. sugar
- 1/2 c. pineapple juice
- 1 1/2 c. graham cracker crumbs
- 1/3 c. melted margarine
- 1 (12 oz.) carton Cool Whip
- Prepare the 3 flavors of jello separately, using 1 cup boiling water and 1/2 cup cold water each.
- Pour each flavor into an 8-inch square pan.
- Chill until firm or overnight.
- Then combine lemon jello, sugar and one cup boiling water, stir until jello and sugar are dissolved.
- Stir in pineapple juice.
- Chill until slightly thickened.
- Meanwhile, mix the graham cracker crumbs and melted margarine.
- Press into the bottom of a 13 x 9 x 2-inch dish.
- Cut the firm jello into 1/2-inch cubes.
- Blend Cool Whip in the lemon jello.
- Fold in jello cubes.
- Pour into graham cracker-lined dish.
- Chill at least 5 hours.
- Cut into squares to serve.
