Spaghetti Pie(Low-Fat)

  1. Cook spaghetti; drain.
  2. Mix in butter, Parmesan cheese and egg.
  3. Salt and pepper to taste.
  4. Spread in casserole to form a crust.
  5. Saute beef, onion and pepper.
  6. Stir in spaghetti sauce, sugar, oregano and garlic salt.
  7. Spread Ricotta over spaghetti layer.
  8. Top with meat sauce mixture.
  9. Bake at 350u0b0 for 30 minutes.
  10. Sprinkle Mozzarella on top and bake 10 more minutes.
