Mexican Dish
- 1 1/2 lb. ground beef
- 1 c. crescent rolls
- 1 tsp. vegetable oil
- 1/3 c. corn meal
- 16 oz. can tomato sauce
- 1 c. refried beans
- 8 oz. Cheddar cheese
- 8 oz. Monterey Jack cheese
- 1 c. onions, chopped
- lettuce
- tomatoes
- taco sauce
- sour cream
- 1 pkg. taco seasoning
- Brown beef and onions; drain.
- Add taco seasoning, beans and tomato sauce and simmer five minutes.
- Press dough in a 9 x 13-inch pan and up the sides one inch.
- Brush on oil and sprinkle corn meal over dough.
- Pour meat sauce over dough and bake at 350u0b0 for 25 to 30 minutes and cook until melted.
- Cut into cubes.
- Top with shredded lettuce, chopped tomatoes, taco sauce and sour cream.
