Sauteed Turkey Sausage(With Peppers And Herbs)

  1. Put the sausages into a medium size saucepan and cover with water.
  2. Bring just to a boil, reduce the heat and simmer 8 minutes.
  3. Remove the sausages from the water and cut into 1 inch slices.
  4. Heat the olive oil over medium heat in a large nonstick skillet.
  5. Add the sausage slices and saute for about 3 minutes, just until lightly browned.
  6. Remove from the pan.
  7. Add the garlic and onion to the pan, sauteing 3 minutes.
  8. Add the bell peppers; saute 10 minutes.
  9. Stir the sausages back into the pan with the salt, pepper, milk, basil and vinegar.
  10. Stir 2 minutes and serve.
