Fruit Pizza

  1. Sugar cookie dough needs to be room temperature.
  2. Pat into a 12-inch pizza pan.
  3. Bake at 375u0b0 for 15 minutes.
  4. Cool.
  5. Put cream cheese in a small bowl, heat in microwave on Low for 2 minutes. Stir in 4 tablespoons sugar.
  6. Spread on crust.
  7. Drain apricots, reserving 2/3 cup syrup.
  8. In 4-cup glass measure, combine cornstarch, remaining sugar and spices.
  9. Stir in reserved syrup and jelly.
  10. Cook, uncovered, on High in microwave for 3 to 4 minutes until boiling.
  11. Arrange fruit on top of pizza, beginning in center with pineapple rings, arrange raspberries around pineapple, then apricot halves and then strawberries.
  12. Spoon syrup over fruit; chill.
  13. Cut into wedges.
