30 Minute Chile

  1. Cook 1 pound ground beef in a non-stick skillet, cooking on medium high heat for 7-10 minutes. Stir beef constantly and break up pieces.
  2. When the beef is cooked, drain off extra fat.
  3. Add meat to your pressure cooker container.
  4. Now use the same skillet, turn on the burner to medium, and add:rnrn2 teaspoons olive oilrnrn1 chopped onionrnrn1 finely chopped red bell pepper
  5. Cook for 3 minutes, and add:rnrn2 cloves minced garlicrnrnCook for another 1-2 minutes. Add onions, pepper, garlic to the pressure cooker.
  6. Cook in pressure cooker for 10 minutes. When pressure cooker pressure has completed (no more hissing sounds, or visible steam), open the lid.
  7. Stir up chili and serve.
